What is Insights?
Insights is a workflow for validating what’s working on Meta ads (using close-to-real-time Meta reach signals), then using that signal to generate launch-ready ads and product pages.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start the free trial without entering a card. You only add payment details if you decide to continue on a paid plan.
What’s the difference between the interactive demo, free analysis, and free trial?
They’re three ways to evaluate Insights, depending on how far you want to go: • Interactive demo: a click-through walkthrough so you can see the workflow without signing up. • Run a free analysis: paste a supported URL and get a real analysis (2 free analyses). • Free trial: trial access so you can run the full workflow end-to-end.
How do I start?
Start with the free trial, or run a free analysis first. The interactive demo is there if you just want to browse.
Can I use Insights if I’m not based in Europe?
Yes. Coverage refers to where the Meta ads are running, not where you are located. Many users validate what’s working in European markets and apply the learnings elsewhere.

Product analysis

What does Insights analyse?
Insights analyses Meta ads and the product pages they link to when they fall within our coverage (tracked ad country) and supported store platforms.
What is a supported URL?
A supported URL is either a Meta Ad Library ad URL (often called the Facebook Ad Library), or a product page URL on a supported store platform that is linked from ads running in countries we track. If a link isn’t supported yet, the analysis won’t return results. A supported URL also doesn’t guarantee results—if the product isn’t being advertised on Meta in countries we track, the analysis may return no results.
What do I see when I run an analysis?
Insights works in two steps: • Step 1: a top-level view (reach now + reach history) to quickly judge momentum. • Step 2 (optional): a deeper analysis that unlocks creative-level details (copy, variants, distributions, and actions like viewing or downloading creatives). Step 2 uses additional credits because it returns more detail.
How should I use Insights to validate a product?
Use step 1 to spot momentum. If it looks promising, run step 2 to see what’s driving performance. Then generate ads and product pages, fine-tune if you want, and publish to Meta Ads Manager and your store—all within Insights.
Why did my analysis return no results?
A few common reasons: the URL isn’t a supported link type, the product isn’t currently being advertised on Meta in the countries we track, or Meta’s Ad Library doesn’t show any relevant ads for that URL at the moment.
Can I paste any URL (AliExpress, Amazon, random websites)?
No. Insights only works with supported URLs. Use either a Meta Ad Library ad URL or a supported product page URL that’s linked from ads running in countries we track.
How accurate is the data?
We use Meta’s public Ad Library data and present it clearly. We can only show what Meta makes available—so if ads or data aren’t available for a given URL in the countries we track, results may be limited or empty.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start with a free trial before choosing a paid plan.
What plans do you offer?

Do different analyses and actions cost different credits?
Yes. Different actions can cost different credits—for example step 1 vs optional step 2, and generation of ads and product pages. See the pricing page for the current credit costs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
If you hit your limit, you can wait for it to reset on your next billing date—or upgrade if you need more capacity sooner.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes. Annual billing is available and typically comes with a discount compared to paying monthly. See the pricing page for current annual options.
Will my plan be grandfathered if prices or credit costs go up?
Early access pricing is set low today. Prices or credit costs may change, and monthly plans are unlikely to be grandfathered—but we’ll always give clear notice. If you prefer more price certainty, annual billing gives you more price certainty for the year.

Billing & payments

When will I be charged?
No credit card is needed to start the free trial. If you choose a paid plan later, you’ll enter your payment details at checkout and you’ll only be charged then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major cards via Stripe. Available local payment methods may vary by country.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Please refer to the policy for the current terms.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full card details on our servers.

Do you generate ads and product pages?
Yes. Start with step 1, then run step 2 to unlock creative-level detail. From there, you can generate new ad variations and product pages from the already-proven hooks and angles.
Can I generate ads and product pages in any language?
Yes. You can generate outputs in multiple languages to support localisation across markets.
Do I have full control before anything is published?
Yes. Nothing is published automatically. You can review and fine-tune if you want, then publish to Meta Ads Manager and your store when you’re ready.
Can I edit outputs before publishing?
Yes. You can review and fine-tune outputs before publishing. Nothing is pushed live automatically.
What exactly gets published—and where?
When you choose to publish, Insights can publish to Meta Ads Manager and your store. You control what goes live and when.
Can I save my analyses?
Yes. Save analyses to revisit and compare later. Re-opening a saved analysis doesn’t cost extra credits.
How much Meta ad history do I get?
History windows can vary by plan over time. See the pricing page for what’s currently included.
Does Insights group the same product across different stores?
Yes. Insights builds a product catalogue from analysed URLs and uses AI to link the same product across stores using signals like identifiers (e.g., GTIN) and product details. You can edit the product record, and link or unlink matches if needed.
Do you offer API access?
API access isn’t available yet. If you need programmatic access, contact us—this is on our roadmap and we prioritise it based on demand.
Do you have mobile or desktop apps?
Insights runs in your browser. You can also add it as an app-style shortcut from your browser for quicker access.

Account & support

How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Access remains until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We handle account and saved analysis data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR information. See those pages for the latest details.
How can I contact support?
Use the support/contact option on the site. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays, but times may be longer on weekends, holidays, busy periods, or across time zones.
Do you offer priority support?
Priority support is included on some plans—see the pricing page for what’s currently included.

Data & coverage

What does “coverage” mean in Insights?
A URL works when both of these are true: the Meta ad is running in a country we track (ad country), and the link goes to a product page on a store platform we support (store platform).
Which countries do you track today?
The current list is shown in the Coverage section on the Insights page. You can also view coverage inside Insights when you’re logged in (there’s a Coverage link near the URL input). Once a market is live, it stays live.
Which store platforms do you support?
You’ll find the supported store platforms in the Coverage section on the Insights page (live and planned). It’s also shown inside Insights when you’re logged in, via the Coverage link near the URL input.
How often is the Meta ad data updated?
We ingest updates from Meta’s Ad Library throughout the day and keep the dataset as close to real time as possible, so results may lag slightly behind live Ad Library numbers.
Can I analyse ads outside your covered countries?
In most cases, no. If an ad isn’t running in a country we track, Insights won’t return results. Check the Coverage section (or the Coverage link near the URL input) to confirm what’s supported.

Affiliate program

Do you have an affiliate program?

How do commissions work?
Commission rates can vary by partner. You’ll see your commission terms in the affiliate portal.
How do I track my referrals?
