Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2025

1. Purpose & Commitment

At Trampolin.ai, we are committed to a workplace where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are integral to how we hire, develop, reward, collaborate, and lead. Our collective differences—backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, talents—power our innovation, our culture, and our results.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all Trampolin.ai personnel—employees, officers, contractors, interns, applicants—and to all work environments, including remote, hybrid, on-site, and work-related events.

3. What We Mean by Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Diversity: The many ways people differ (including, without limitation) age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make each person unique.
  • Equity: Fair access to opportunities, resources, and advancement— addressing barriers so everyone can thrive.
  • Inclusion: A culture where every person feels respected, safe to speak up, and able to contribute fully.

4. Equal Opportunity & Fair Practices

We are an equal opportunity workplace. Employment decisions (recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, training, promotions, transfers, layoffs, terminations, and programs) are based on qualifications, merit, performance, and business needs. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation are prohibited.

5. Inclusive Workplace Standards

All personnel must:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect in all interactions (including meetings, written communications, and work-related events on or off site).
  • Use inclusive communication; seek and consider diverse viewpoints.
  • Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, bullying, or retaliatory conduct.
  • Cooperate in good faith with any DEI training or initiatives.

Violations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination, subject to applicable law.

6. Accessibility & Reasonable Accommodation

We are committed to providing an accessible workplace. Individuals who require a reasonable accommodation to perform essential job functions should contact [email protected]. Requests will be evaluated case-by-case, consistent with applicable law and business needs.

7. Recruitment, Development & Pay Practices

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Strive for diverse candidate pools and objective, job-related selection criteria.
  • Learning & Growth: Provide equitable access to training, mentorship, and advancement pathways.
  • Pay Equity: Aim for equitable and market-aligned compensation practices; review and adjust where appropriate.

8. Work/Life Balance & Flexibility

Where feasible and role-appropriate, we support flexible work practices to accommodate differing needs and responsibilities while meeting business objectives.

9. Community & Supplier Diversity

We encourage responsible community engagement and, where practicable, inclusion of diverse suppliers and partners consistent with quality, cost, and performance standards.

10. Speak Up: Reporting & Non-Retaliation

If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other conduct inconsistent with this Policy, speak up promptly. You may report to:

We will address reports promptly, fairly, and as confidentially as feasible. Retaliation is prohibited against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern, participates in an investigation, or exercises a legal right.

11. Investigations & Outcomes

Allegations will be assessed impartially. If this Policy is violated, appropriate remedial steps will be taken (which may include training, coaching, corrective action, and/or disciplinary measures).

12. Governance, Roles & Responsibilities

Leaders at every level are accountable for modeling inclusive behaviors and advancing DEI goals. Each team member shares responsibility for fostering an environment of respect, safety, and belonging.

13. Policy Management

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect best practices, legal requirements, or organizational changes. The latest version will be posted on our Site. Continued use of company systems or participation in work activities after updates constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This DEI Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to this Policy, subject to applicable non-waivable rights.
