Refund Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2025

1) Overview

Thank you for choosing Trampolin.ai and our product Insights. We provide access to digital services and data-intelligence tools as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Because access to our services is delivered immediately and has inherent, non-returnable value, we apply a strict refund framework as described below.

2) All Sales Are Final (No General Refunds)

All purchases for our digital products and services are non-refundable once access is granted, including (without limitation) changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or other reasons not expressly covered under the exceptions in Section 3.

3) Exceptions (Limited)

We may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies if an issue is caused by Trampolin.ai and prevents you from accessing the purchased service:

  • Service Credit or Term Extension equal to the period of material unavailability; or
  • Refund of the plan in rare cases where the issue is not remedied within a reasonable time.

Additionally, if you purchased the wrong product/plan by mistake and have not used it, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase which may or may not be granted at our sole discretion.

"Not used" means no login to the purchased workspace and no consumption of service capacity (e.g., no queries, exports, reports, API calls, or downloads).

4) Eligibility & Limitations

  • Refunds/credits are only considered if the request is made within 3 days of purchase and no use (as defined above) has occurred.
  • If any use has occurred, refunds are not available; a service credit or extension may be considered solely at our discretion for service-availability issues attributable to us.
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party software or services; issues caused by third parties do not qualify for refunds.

5) Subscriptions & Renewals

Unless stated otherwise on the checkout page or order form:

  • Subscriptions renew per the billing interval you selected.
  • You can cancel future renewals at any time in your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unused time or credits after renewal, except as permitted under Section 3.

(If your current offering does not use auto-renewal, this section simply confirms that renewals will not occur unless explicitly enabled.)

6) Checkout Disclosures

Key terms, including this Refund Policy, are shown or linked prior to purchase. By completing the checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
